The Basics Of A Premises Licence -
You'll probably need a Personal Licence and a Premises Licence.
The personal licence is for the DPS (Designated Premises Supervisor) who is in charge of the day-to-day sale of alcohol and is named on the licence.
The premises licence is for the building or land where you will be selling the alcohol from, this has to be a fixed area. You'll also need a set of floor plans to go with the application, these give the authorities an indication of how the premises will operate and defines the area.
